We use our products to their full potential. We give a second life to all our food and make sure nothing is wasted.
CONCEPT
Le Piogr is a combination of festive and warm atmosphere, Montreal bistronomy, funky cocktails and good wines.
The menus change with the seasons and offer a variety of Quebec products.
FAMILY
The combination of our strengths creates the perfect synergy, capable of giving you an experience that is both memorable and delicious.
In the kitchen, you will now find Julie Anna Pilote , in charge of creating cocktail menus, food and the wine list accompanied by Jahrel Kurbel, chef in the warm, in charge of cooking and organization and Marco Lecavalier the thundering entremétier.
In the dining room, you will find Laurence Pilote , master builder, she designed the tables, benches, bar and other decorative pieces, ready to welcome you warmly, accompanied by Sebastian Cannobio in charge of the bar.
